Marielza Rattes is a Luxury Real Estate Advisor and Co-Founder of NEW LUX, a South Florida luxury real estate platform specializing in luxury rentals, luxury resales, new construction opportunities, and investment properties.

Before entering real estate, Marielza spent more than 25 years building one of Goiânia, Brazil’s most respected event planning companies. Managing complex events taught her a principle that continues to guide her work today: exceptional service is not measured by avoiding challenges, but by how confidently and seamlessly they are handled.

Today, she brings that same level of organization, attention to detail, and client care to every real estate transaction.

Marielza believes that buying, selling, or investing in real estate is far more than a financial decision. It is often connected to family goals, lifestyle aspirations, business opportunities, and important life transitions. Her first priority is understanding what matters most to her clients so she can provide guidance that aligns with their vision and long-term objectives .
